Wednesday evening class is streamed live from my home. Sunday morning class is both in-person and on Zoom. Thanks to the generous sponsorship of the Body & Brain Yoga Center in Northbrook, IL, we can use their comfortable and spacious training room, which has a beautiful serene atmosphere. If you attend in person, please bring your yoga mat and silence your phone. For Zoom class, please turn on your camera. You will be muted on entry.
Make sure to wear something comfortable and have enough room to spread out. This is an opportunity to focus on yourself, so you don't have to compare yourself with anyone else. You don’t have to be athletic or flexible to try it.
