The AMORC book Six Eminent Mystics by Past Grand Master Raymund Andrea takes as its sixth exposition the mystical life of Edgar Allan Poe. We see how Poe, in his poetry, early detective stories, tales of the psychic, and elucidations of the Cosmos, transports us and lifts the veil between the finite and infinite planes.
