Let's keep our heart-rates up! After Monday's hike at the Dam, we all decided we'd go to Low Gap on Wednesday. It's good for the health, good for the company, and wear a rain jacket just in case. We'll meet at the Low Gap Parking Lot and hike nearly 5 miles going uphill at least half the time. We'll keep moving, about 2.5 to 3mph and be ready for the new year. It's a good idea to bring water, hiking poles, and wear good hiking shoes that can take brief areas of mud and slippery soil. EM
