Each month we do exercises and share experiences in a structured exploration of NonViolent Communication Skills and Consciousness.
This group is not appropriate for first time newcomers to NVC. Novice newcomers to NVC are invited to check out other Tri-NVC Meetups. Particularly the first Sunday and third Wednesday of the month meet-up groups.
Beginners who have an understanding of OFNR and NVC feelings and needs lists are welcome. Just sign up and allow email communication. If you are unsure if this group is right for you please email the host your interest and include your email address to receive a response.
