Please note the new earlier time - 8-8:30am EST ! Thursday Tai Chi sessions center on the "standard" 24 position form that is the most popular worldwide. This is a longer form that takes more time to learn with Zoom sessions than the forms we do on Tuesdays.
We break the form down into smaller pieces and also go through the entire form during these sessions to accommodate both beginners and those working on the form over a longer period.
More challenging for absolute beginners but very rewarding if you stick with it over time. Appropriate for beginners looking for a longer term challenge and intermediate practitioners.
