Prime Location. Conveniently located near Beverly Hills, LACMA, Geffen museums Mid Wilshire, The Grove, Miracle Mile, Museum Row, and in the center of so many great places, this is a super convenient, safe, artsy area during the day, and a peaceful place to rest at night on a beautiful and unique, historical, residential, tree-lined street, close to everything.

A Separate Entrance opens to this spacious master guest suite in the rear garden with private bath / shower, large walk in closet, authentic hardwood floors, French doors, and a garden patio with ambient cafe lighting.

The property is set up as a cool, artsy, creative triplex space. Basically, you have your own private bungalow cottage suite, but there's still neighbors.

Some previous residents that have enjoyed this creative space have been artists from LACMA, film directors, musicians, writers, yoga instructors, actors, singer-songwriters, stylists, travel nurses, jewelry designers, and a celebrity chef! Gotta love LA and it's diversity!

  • PARKING -

There is a permit parking space in front of the house for one vehicle, or it's actually quite surprisingly easy to exist in this neighborhood without a car. The ability to walk to many cafe's, shopping, restaurants, gym, park, running track, tennis courts, soccer field, museums, The Grove, Beverly Center, Robertson Boutiques, 3rd Street outdoor bars and restaurants, or have lunch poolside, with stunning views from one of the hotel rooftops nearby.

This large Spanish Style property was built in 1926 for a silent film actress. It's a wonderful, historical, 8,000sq' property with many original, unique details to discover.

There are 4 different outdoor patio areas, styled in comfortable, fun, artsy, and slightly Bohemian themes for alfresco dining, or just relaxing after a long day. The guest apartment itself has an updated, but classic style, with fresh and clean white linens.

  • AMENITIES -

Sleep soundly on a very comfortable Queen mattress - lots of natural light and windows. large flat screen tv with Roku Premium or Amazon firestick, super clean, all white bedding and linens. EVERYTHING laundered, sanitized and cleaned to perfection.

  • There's an efficiency kitchenette, but no full kitchen in the guest apt. There is a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric grill, coffee maker, 3 outdoor BBQs, and several fantastic Breakfast/Lunch cafés conveniently located just steps away. * Occasional use of the large kitchen in the main house if needed.. (I'm not a big cook, so hardly ever in the kitchen)

  • THE NEIGHBORHOOD -

After staying in all the different neighborhoods in L.A., this one became my absolute favorite. I've now called this Cozy Hacienda "home" for 15 years. Still loving it!

  • GETTING AROUND -

Public Transport is one block away and goes directly down Wilshire Blvd to the beach or straight to DTLA or right into Hollywood

Subway Metro D line is now open and is a 5 minute walk.

  • BASIC HOUSE RULES -

Considerate and respectful residents are definitely always preferred. (Communication is key!) When in town, we occasionally have a friend or two over for dinner, songwriting, making art or music, but this definitely isn't a party place, nor a place to bring randoms back from a night out. An easy to get along with personality and a good sense of humor is very much encouraged and always welcome here!!:-)

****** NO PETS / NO ANIMALS ****** (We love all animals and furry things, we just can't have them here. So sorry!)

$1,998/monthly - fully furnished

plus $100/month towards water, electric, gas, trash collection, wi-fi, gardener, parking
