You would be living with two women (mid 30s). Hybrid work schedules mean we're often working from home, but are generally working or chilling quietly in our rooms. We hang out here and there for movie nights, and make vegan cookies to share, but are pretty private for the most part and are neat and thoughtful about the shared areas. The place has a really clean, spacious, lots of plants, relaxing vibe.Women and non-binary peeps preferred. LGBTQIA+ friendly. No pets, sorry!
Top floor of a small complex, no shared walls for your bedroom (pretty soundproof), big kitchen, big dining room, large living room with a balcony that overlooks the pool. Windows everywhere, light pouring in at all times. Your room is certainly large enough for a big bed, a proper large desk to work from, an armchair, multiple dressers etc. Huge walk-in closet in your bedroom and good storage. AC unit in your bedroom. Laundry on site that functions with an app. Elevator and stairwell.
Close to the 405 and a short zip to the 10. Walking distance to the Westfield Century City, Persian grocery stores and restaurants, and a cute revamped liquor store in your backyard with everything you need from hard kombucha to band-aids. Very close to UCLA and downtown Westwood (Westwood Village Farmers Market every Thursday!). Great for people who work in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Century City, and Culver City. Even if you work on the east side or the valley, you commute against traffic. Also a wonderful naturally lit quiet place to work from home. If you bike, you'd be right off the Santa Monica blvd. bike lane!
Street parking is easy in our neighborhood, which is very safe and walkable. Lots of trees and hills. *A designated parking space is negotiable.
