Hi all!

We (Fayruj and Kelsey) are looking for a roommate to move into our 3bd/1ba for 9/1 (with possibility of before 9/1, if needed)! Available room filled with sunlight and can fit queen size bed, desk and closet space.

A little about us:

Fayruj (30ish, she/her) is a PhD student at Tufts and has lived in this area for a few years. She enjoys nature, cooking, road trips and spending time with friends and family. Fayruj loves traveling around New England, visiting National Parks, catching up on TV shows and reading.

Kelsey (30s-ish, she/her), original VT native (love for the green mountain state!) and long term MA resident. Kelsey works in mental health services and is the owner of the handsome black cat named Winston (pics attached). She enjoys spending her free time outside (skiing, paddle boarding, running, biking, hiking), catching up with friends and family, reading, listening to podcasts and traveling.

Winston (handsome black cat, see pics attached) likes greeting you at the door, people/bird watching out the window, cuddling on the couch and trying to steal yogurt and ice cream when people aren’t watching.

We like spending time with one another (and Win too, of course) but also enjoy quiet evenings by ourselves and doing our own thing. We are looking for someone kind, easygoing, clean, respectful and responsible 🙏🏼

Apartment details:

-3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with big open kitchen, good size living room, laundry in the basement (coin-op) and outdoor space

-communal driveway and free street parking

-10-15 min walk to the Green Line (Ball Square and/or Magoun Square), Tufts university, and Wegmans. Super close to some great restaurants and cafes!

-$1000/month +utilities (oil, electricity and internet: approx $60per person in the summer - $130 per person in the winter due to heating costs)

Due at signing: first/last month’s rent plus security deposit are due at signing of the lease; security deposit is equal to one month’s rent (no broker’s fee)
