Our cleaning team has a tight schedule due to frequent back-to-back bookings. While we’ll do our best to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests, they are not guaranteed and depend on the day’s cleaning schedule.

🚫 Luggage drop-off is not available before check-in or after check-out.
However, convenient luggage storage services are available in downtown San Jose for a minimal fee. Feel free to explore downtown while you wait!

Extensions are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on both availability and updated pricing at the time of the request.

✔ Alterations:
Alterations such as early checkouts, event cancellations, flight delays, or unexpected emergencies are not eligible for refunds.

Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance or select a place with a flexible cancellation policy when booking to cover any unforeseen changes in their plans.
