The space
This is a guest bedroom which needs to share a full bathroom and a half bathroom with other 4 rooms’ guests in a co-living single-family home. The entire home has been newly renovated and thoughtfully designed by a professional designer, offering a spacious, comfortable, and safe environment. The kitchen, living room, and laundry area are shared spaces.
The main entrance and each bedroom are equipped with electronic locks, and the home operates with a fully self check-in system.
We provide high-speed, unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Most of our tenants are working professionals on mid- to long-term stays. They maintain a quiet lifestyle, keep regular schedules, and are friendly, respectful, and reliable. The environment is safe and peaceful.
The room features one queen can accommodate up to 2 guests.

The room is furnished with a desk,a chair, a LED reading lamp with wireless charg station and a portable air conditioner or portable heater. *
