6 month/month to month???

Looking for a 2+ bedroom month to month while our house is renovated, but it’s kind of specific. My MIL recovering from a pretty severe illness, we are renovating her house to make it accessible for her and are looking for a 2bd 1or2 bath month to month or 6 month lease. Due to the mobility issues my MIL will have it has to be either ground floor or has an elevator. I know long shot but any leads would be appreciated. N
