$890 Roommate wanted. Furnished private bedroom available 11/15

Hi. We are in the Palms neighborhood of West Los Angeles, bordering Culver City. Great centrally located area: 15 minute walk to the Metro Train Station, 15 minute drive to Venice Beach, Century City, Santa Monica College, Westchester, Playa del Rey, Mar Vista, Del Rey, Marina del Rey. 5 minute drive to 405 and 10 freeways. Grocery stores, a movie theater and great restaurants- all within 1-2 miles.

*We have an immune compromised roommate so we are looking for someone that’s received a Covid-19 vaccine.

You will have a private bedroom, (only for 1 person) & would be sharing a large bathroom with only 1 roommate. We are looking for an easygoing person who is very patient (if you have a car, parking can be hard to find).

The bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, desk, dresser, mini refrigerator, and bookshelf. We can remove anything if not needed. Your room is in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Building only has two floors, 8 units. Street parking. Earthquake retrofitted.

**All utilities, WiFi, AND once a month deep cleaning of shared areas included. Bathroom shared with a very nice, male. He works full time 4pm to 11:40pm M-F (hybrid work from home every other week).

The 3rd bedroom has its own bathroom and is in a separate area of the apartment; it’s occupied by an older very nice couple originally from South America. Great place to be if you want to practice your Spanish:-)

References, income/credit checks will be requested by landlord since you will be added to the contract. Full access to the kitchen, please bring your own cookware. We have a dishwasher. Portable air conditioner available for $10 a month for the months used.

Deposit is $890. 1 year flexible lease- (if leaving before the year is up, you’d be responsible for finding a replacement roomie) Must give a minimum 30 day notice of move out on the 1st of the month. We are giving priority to applicants who want to stay at least a year. Time flies.

Overnight guests are allowed up to 2 nights a month. The apartment has a very homey, lived- in feel. No pets, smoking or drugs allowed. We’re looking for someone who is very considerate and self- aware.
