The space
Enjoy the whole 900 SF spacious home to yourself. This is a big space, easily 2-3 bedroom apartment within a short walk to Porter Square on redline and Harvard university. It's an old apartment but very spacious and cozy. Located inside a private lane, you can expect a peaceful stay and a good space for your time in Cambridge/Boston.

This home comes with a big kitchen with a gas stove. Lots of natural light, shared little porch, quiet neighborhood. Shared washer/dryer located in the basement. The bedroom has one full bed and there's a pull-out sofa bed in the living room if you have a guest staying over (extra guest fee applied).

The price includes all utilities and wifi. You'll be requested to pull the trash bins to the curbside once a month for the city to collect the trash.

If you like big space and don't mind some old structure, this is the right place for you.

The house requires a copy of photo ID on file as part of the reservation. Please inquire beforehand if you have any questions/concerns regarding this requirement.

1. Quiet hours between 10:30pm to 6am
2. No overnight guests without informing the host. Guest fee applies.
3. Respecting our neighbors is our top priority. Any loud party, excessive drinking, drug is strictly prohibited.
4. No smoking and open fire (candles, etc).
5. One paid parking spot available. First come first served.

Any violation will result in fine ($100-$500) and an immediate eviction.
