This is a sparingly used, Apple iPod Hi-Fi is a high-quality portable speaker system that plays music from any of the multiple sources. The unit is in excellent condition (please look into the photos).
Sources for Audio:
From an iPod/ iPhone connected to the 30 pin dock at the top.
Bluetooth. Through a 30 Pin Bluetooth Adapter from Amazon for around 20 bucks that attaches to the 30 pin connector
Through the 3.5mm audio plug input at the back.
Through the digital optical input (mini TOSLink that is in the same 3.5 mm plug. Imagine Apple did this in 2006)
Airport Express v2. This is an Airplay receiver, and can output analog via 3.5 mm plug or digital via the same 3.5 mm plug (mini TOSLink). This is my setup, so Apple Hifi can receive lossless high fidelity audio signal from any of the Apple devices via Airplay 2.
I am adding a much durable Aluminium unibody remote along with this.
This is also the only Apple device that takes off the shelf D cell batteries to take this with you to the beach or anywhere.
And it does output insane amount of sound for its size, especially the room thumping bass. You should hear it to believe it.
