Hi all - current roommates are moving on to grad school and other adventures, so I am looking for 2 people to join the lease for the next term (9/1/26 - 8/31/27)!

There are 2 rooms available in this 4br/2ba apartment located in the heart of Somerville's Ball Square.

Both available rooms are spacious and bright, with additional garden level rooms used as common spaces and storage (also available to be claimed as a bedroom if you prefer!).

Rooms are $1000 per month each, plus utilities (electric, heat, wifi)

Landlord asks for first + last

Unfortunately the landlord will not allow pets

• Large eat-in kitchen (w/ dishwasher)

• Quaint backyard with space to garden

• Restaurants, grocery, coffee shops, pub, community bike path and Nathan Tufts Park all within a few minutes walk

• Steps to the Ball Square Green Line stop

• Short ~10min walk to Davis Square and the Red Line (bus routes go by the house as well!)

• Landlord installing laundry machines for the building this summer

About us: I (mid 30sM) am a remote worker in the tech space, with a love for live music, collecting records, and game design. The other roommate joining the lease (30sF) is working as an overnight baker, with a love of classical music. We are looking for similarly minded roommates interested in creating a clean, calm, and welcoming space.
