We have a single bedroom with a shared bathroom available for rent in a three bedroom two bath home! Rent is $1250 per month and security deposit is $1250

**Utilities are separate and split amongst us(Gas/ spectrum/ electric+water) Our spectrum bill increases once a year and water/power and gas changes, of coarse, depends on the time of year.

Our house is Located in Burbank CA right next to the studios… Toluca lake is one mile away and universal city/universal city walk is just a few miles away!

** We have central air and laundry on premises! Looking for a female as we have females already living here. We need someone clean and quiet. Lots of street parking but will need to purchase a parking permit from the city of Burbank
