To qualify, an Applicant may not earn more than 80% of the Area Media Income. The current limit is $91,000 annual gross income subject to annul re-certification of income eligibility. Mobile vouchers may be accepted. Other requirements may apply.
Local Preference
Local Preference applies to 70% of units, eligibility criteria as follows:
Current resident: applicant lives in Quincy at time of application (documentation of residency should be provided, such as rent receipts, utility bills, street listing or voter registration listing);
Municipal Employee: Employee of the City of Quincy at time of application;
Local Business: Employee of business located within the City of Quincy.
Qualified Applicants Waiting List
Qualified Applicants not placed in a unit shall be placed on the wait list for future affordable housing vacancies at this Property.
Tenant Selection
Tenants shall be selected in accordance with the Tenant Selection Plan for the Project submitted to the City of Quincy.
