  • On-site parking may be available. Guests must park only in the assigned parking spot.
  • Please do not park in another unit’s reserved space. Street parking may also be available nearby, depending on availability and city rules.
  1. Visitors
  • Only registered overnight guests are allowed to stay overnight.
  • For safety, security, and property management purposes, any visitors or additional guests must be approved in advance.
  • This is not a party house. No parties, events, loud gatherings, or unauthorized visitors are allowed.
  1. Quiet Hours
  • Please be respectful of neighbors and other residents on the property.
  • No loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior. Quiet hours must be followed at all times.
  1. Security Cameras
  • Security cameras are located only at exterior entrances and shared outdoor areas for safety and property protection.
  • There are no cameras inside the home.
  1. Kitchen Use
  • The kitchen is private for your unit. Guests are welcome to cook and prepare meals.
  • Please clean up after use, wash dishes promptly, and dispose of food waste properly to help prevent odors and pests.
  1. Laundry
    The ADU includes a private washer and dryer. Please use them responsibly and do not overload the machines.

  2. Housekeeping

  • The cleaning fee covers preparing the home before your stay and restoring it after check-out.
  • Regular maid service during the stay is not included. Extra cleaning, linen exchange, or additional housekeeping service may be arranged for an additional fee.
  1. Mail & Deliveries
  • Mail and delivery instructions will be provided after check-in if applicable.
  • Please make sure all packages and mail include the correct full address and unit number.
  1. Bike Storage
  • Bikes are not allowed inside the home. If you need bike storage, please contact us in advance for guidance.
  • Guests are responsible for securing their own bikes and belongings.

  • Guests are expected to respect the property, neighbors, parking rules, quiet hours, and all house rules.
