Professional female looking to rent 1st floor bright one bedroom, in a lovely 2-bedroom apartment. Available to rent November 1st (possibly sooner).
Shared living space includes living room, dining room, kitchen and full bathroom.
Accessible transportation includes 73 and 71 bus lines. Both bus lines run to Harvard Station. Quick drive/walk: Arsenal Mall (Target, Best Buy etc) and Fresh Pond (Trader Joe's, Whole foods, TJ Maxx and Alewife Station (red line) etc.
Rent is $1350/month (off street parking for compact car included with rent). Utilities split evenly (50/50). Available November 1 (possibly sooner).
