Clean, Private Room in a Lovely House. Full bed, desk, dresser, closet with hangers, and a nightstand. The nightstand has a lamp with a USB port, for easy phone charging. Kitchen, side porch and family room access. A shared bathroom upstairs. The room also includes a Sunday morning breakfast.
15min to SJC Airport, 10min Downtown SJ, 5min Caltrain Station. Friendly family willing to tell about nearby attractions. We have a small dog and friendly cat. Street parking is free, but hard to find.
The space
This room is very private as well as clean and bright. It is upstairs in our house and next to the shared bathroom. We provide clean My Pillow fluffy bath towels and washcloths for your stay, as well as shampoo and shower gel available. The bed sheets are Luxury Giza Dream cotton sheets.
The shared bathroom has soft water, with a tankless water heater, so you will always have hot water for your showers and your skin will be softened.
Guest access
You get WiFi and access to our kitchen and laundry facilities. You can also enjoy the side porch. There is also a family room upstairs with a tv that is accessible.
During your stay
We know the area well and can give you ideas of things to do or places to walk to. We are between Valley Fair Mall and Downtown SJ. The Rose Garden is about 1 mile away and a very nice walk! There are grocery stores, a Starbucks, and many restaurants in walking distance.
Other things to note
We have one cat that is very friendly and spends most of her time upstairs napping. She is very friendly if you are friendly to her. We also have a small dog.
