Our cozy studio is the perfect spot for couples, professionals and friends.
We are located near Boston’s best attractions, hospitals, and universities.
Just a 2-minute walk to the Fenwood Green Line, 0.4 miles to Longwood Medical and Harvard Medical School, and 1 mile to Fenway Park.
The Museum of Fine Arts and Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum are less than a mile away. Within 1–2 miles, explore the Prudential, Boston Common, Newbury Street, Chinatown, and more!

The space
Our second-floor studio is an inviting retreat, perfect for couples, students, nurses, doctors, or friends visiting Boston.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable Posturepedic memory foam full-size bed and an HD flat-screen TV. You can also enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Paramount, YouTube TV and more using your own streaming accounts.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, and coffee maker, along with pots, pans, and all the essentials for cooking at home. We also provide coffee, sugar, and a selection of teas to start your mornings off right. A cozy dining table for two is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast, dinner after a long day, or even get some work done.

We’ve stocked the studio with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh linens, two bath towels, and two face cloths. For stays longer than five days, additional towels are available upon request. In summer, an air conditioner keeps the apartment cool, while a thermostat ensures warmth and comfort in the winter.
There is a shared washer and dryer located in the building next door that is coin operated.

• 36 Wait St Lot: The closest and most convenient option, just steps from the apartment. You can reserve a spot online easily through SpotHero.
• Laz Parking Garage (800 Huntington Ave, Boston, MA 02115): Only 450 feet away. Please note: this garage is closed on weekends, so cars cannot be taken out during that time.
• Pilgrim Parking Garage (350 Longwood Ave, Boston): About a 10-minute walk from the apartment, open 24/7 including weekends.
