Charming 1 bed/1 bath back unit (private entrance) in a peaceful tree-lined street in the desirable neighborhood of Atwater Village complete with a newly renovated kitchen and modern fixtures. Laundry unit on site. This unit is a short distance (5-10 min. drive) to Los Feliz, Silverlake, Echo Park, Hollywood, Glendale, and Eaglerock. 10-15 minute drive to DTLA! This house is a duplex with great long term tenants who live in the front house and upstairs unit.

The space
Every morning, around 8am and afternoon, around 3PM, you'll see the horses walk down our street. We are just around the corner from the Equestrian Center and the LA River. It's the most urban, yet suburban part of LA.

Our space is a cozy and comfy size for 2 people with it's own private entrance complete with a portable AC for LA's sunny weather year-round and a portable heater (just in case).

The backyard is filled with guavas, tangerines, Fuji apples, persimmons and more and a cute little patio to spend warm summer nights under the twinkly lights. Feel free to pick some delicious fruit!

Feel free to enjoy a cup of coffee outside your unit in the patio area or head out to the backyard and enjoy some fresh organic fruits.

Other things to note
In the City of LA, we have street cleaning to ensure our streets are always clean. Every Wednesday between 8-11am, there is street cleaning on the side of the house. Every Friday, between 8-11am, there is street cleaning on the other side of the street. We've been living here for the past 30 years and we haven't had any issues. Just wanted to make sure to be vigilant of all the parking signs in LA!
