Couple (Stanford grad students) seeking housing on/near campus, Aug/Sept move-in, short or long-term

Hi everyone! We're a couple (late 20s, Stanford PhD student and recent Stanford Master's grad) looking for housing with move-in in August or September. Open to short-term, month-to-month, or a longer-term lease through the school year (ideally into June) if the right place comes up.

What we're looking for:
📍 On-campus, or off-campus near College Terrace, Palo Alto, or Menlo Park
🛏️ 1BD/1BA or 2BD/1BA preferred, but also open to a studio or a private room
📅 Move-in in August or September, flexible on term length, month-to-month is fine
🤫 Quiet, clean space

We're both very familiar with the area and the norms of student housing, clean, quiet, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to communicate with.
