Our beautiful, airy apt. has a cozy, furnished room (with a an airconditioner and a ceiling fan) which leads into a sunshiny common area of Living room and big eat-in kitchen. The room also has a medium sized closet to hang clothes in.

The apt. is on a very quiet, residential one way street. It is a pretty, tree lined street and the air is full of birdsong at most times. The apt. is about 2 blocks to Davis square which has a whole variety of restaurants, bars, coffeehouses, grocery stores and a great old movie theater. It is also a VERY SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD -and I say this particularly for women who are interested in this listing. I often walk home around midnight after having dinner with friends and I have always felt safe doing that. I have never felt this safe in any other neighborhood that I have lived at. The street is well lit and the houses are owned by people who have lived on the street for generations. There are also quite a few graduate students and young professionals that rent in on this street.

We are clean, neat people and the apt. reflects that - it has new hardwood floors and a modern feel to it. There is free Wireless internet and the basement has a washer/dryer in it (coin-op). You share the kitchen with us to make a sandwich or salad. The bathroom is shared but it has never been a problem in all the years I have lived here as we have different schedules.
