Guest access
As our guest, you’re welcome to use any of the kitchens and bathrooms on any floor in the building, so feel free to make yourself at home wherever is most convenient. For laundry, head to the basement, where you’ll find everything you need. And when you want to unwind, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in our tranquil backyard. We hope you make the most of your stay and enjoy all the amenities!
During your stay
For the smoothest experience, we recommend reaching out to us online app. It’s the best way to get quick responses to any questions or needs during your stay. Our streamlined self check-in process is designed to give you full privacy and independence, so you can settle in at your own pace. While we may not be there to greet you in person, we’re always just a message away and happy to assist!
Other things to note
Cleaning & Maintenance
Your room will be thoroughly cleaned before check-in. We also provide regular cleaning for common areas, but kindly ask guests to help keep shared spaces tidy. (See Additional House Rules for details.)
Bedding & Towel
For convenience, we offer a disposable bedding sheet set if you’re unable to bring your own. However, we encourage you to bring or order your preferred bedding (just check with us on bed size), and you can have it delivered before your arrival. Please bring your own towel, or you can pick one up nearby at Marshall’s for as little as $5.
Heating
Our heating system is centrally controlled, keeping rooms between 65°F and 75°F (18°C to 24°C) during winter. If you notice the temperature outside this range, please let us know; otherwise, individual room adjustments are not available.
Soundproofing
Our building uses standard residential drywall, so it may not be as soundproof as a commercial-grade hotel. We appreciate your understanding.
Minimal Amenities Provided
We provide hand soap and toilet paper in common areas. Beyond that, please bring any personal toiletries, including shampoo, body wash, lotion, and toothbrush. Also, please have plastic garbage bags for your room’s use.
Liability
By booking, you agree that hosts are not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. By accepting this reservation, guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with use of the premises, both for themselves and any invitees.
