This is a private bedroom in a shared dorm-style building, similar to student housing. You will have your own room, but all common areas are shared with other residents.

Each floor has multiple private rooms, along with a large shared kitchen and shared bathrooms.

• 2nd & 3rd floors: 12 private bedrooms per floor
• Each floor includes: 1 large shared kitchen & 1 shared bathrooms (male on 2nd floor & female on 3rd floor)
• Each bathroom includes: 6 sinks, 6 toilets, 6 shower stalls
• Your bedroom is on 3rd floor

There is a keypad on the front door which the guest will use to enter the lobby. There is also a digital lock on your bedroom.

Please always clean up after yourself. No dirty kitchenware or leftovers in the sink or on the countertop. Please keep in mind cleanliness is essential to our guests.

Please respect other guests in the same house. To ensure everyone has a good sleep, please don't use facilities in the common areas after 10 pm.

The whole check-in process is self-severed. Please read my messages and check-in guide carefully before your arrival and ask questions if anything not clear, especially if you plan to check in after hours.

As a friendly reminder, if you have any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix them for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Other things to note
Very occasionally, our maintenance team may need to access the your place during your stay. We aim to provide at least 72 hours' notice in advance. In case of emergencies, shorter notice (24 hours or less) may be necessary. Guests may choose to be present or absent during these maintenance visits according to their preference. Our goal is to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests.
