Couch 1: Good condition, just needs a thorough cleaning.
Couch 2: Fair condition — the frame is solid and stable, but the fabric is torn in many spots.
Take one or both.
They are located on the first floor. You’ll need to bring them down one flight of stairs or take them out through the porch.
These are one-piece couches (not disassemblable), so you’ll need 2 people a large truck to transport them.
