My bedroom in a 3 bed-1 split bath apartment on 24th and Church is available for the whole month of November!

You’d be sharing the apartment with 2 men, Jose (30, gay) who works from home and Tyler (32, gay), who works out of the house 5 days/week.

We’re all friendly and enjoy conversation in the shared spaces and hanging out occasionally, but generally the apartment is kept as a relaxing place for ourselves and we try to keep guests to a minimum. We don’t host parties/afters. Proactive tidiness and help with chores is highly valued.

Rent is $1,650 and includes utilities (WiFi and PG&E). Landlord covers trash and water. Refundable security deposit of $500 required. Rent can be prorated for partial stays (~$55/night).

Single occupancy only. Not pets (but we do have Betta fish named Daryl 🐟).
