Furnished Private Room in 2B1B | Sep 27–Oct 25, Flexible | Menlo Park

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a responsible temporary tenant to sublet my private bedroom in a 2B1B apartment in Menlo Park from Sep 27 to Oct 25. I would prefer someone who can stay for the full period, but the dates are flexible and a shorter stay may also be considered.

[Room] The private bedroom includes closet space, an air mattress with a bedsheet, pillow, and comforter, as well as a small desk and chair.
[Furniture Note] The furniture and bedding provided will be different from those shown in the photos because I’ll be taking my current items with me when I move out. The photos are only intended to show the room’s size and layout.
[Living Setup] The bathroom and kitchen are shared with a female tenant who will occupy the other bedroom.
[Amenities] Shared coin-operated laundry is available on-site.
[Parking] One reserved garage parking spot is included and available for use.
[House Rules] No smoking or pets. We take our shoes off indoors and share light cleaning duties.
[Location] Stanford campus: 15-minute bike ride / Menlo Park Caltrain Station: 4-minute bike ride / Trader Joe’s: 6-minute bike ride
[Rent and Details] Rent: $1,900/month, prorated for your exact stay / Gas and electricity: approximately $40–$45 per person / Internet: $28.20 per person / Security deposit: $500
