Hello! We're looking to fill a room in Temescal any time between Nov 2nd and 30th.

It's a 3 mins walk to the nearest 6 bus stop, 7 mins walk to MacArthur BART station, and a lot of amazing restaurants/bars/coffee shops nearby!

• This bedroom is spacious and has a large walk-in closet

• Can easily fit in a queen bed, desk, and additional furniture

• Rent is $1,165 + utilities/internet per month

• This bedroom shares a bathroom with another housemate

• The apartment has 1 living room/dining room, 1.5 kitchens with 2 refrigerators, 1 in-unit washer/dryer

• There is a backyard with seating and lighting that we share with upstairs neighbors

• Rent is month-to month, but looking for someone who would like to stay long-term (12+ months)

• The landlord has an overnight guest policy limited to 7 days per 2 months, additional fee will be applied if exceeding the limit

• Must be COVID conscious and lgbtqia+ friendly

• No smoking or hard drugs (weed is okay outdoors)

The other two housemates (both female identifying), are working professionals in their late 20s and early 30s. One of them works a hybrid schedule, and the other is mostly onsite. We mostly keep to ourselves but are respectful and polite when crossing paths in the common areas.

We are looking for someone who is respectful, clean, financially stable, communicative, and mindful of communal spaces.
