Hi! I’m currently looking for a second tenant to fill a furnished room in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment shared with a female student. She occupies the first bedroom, so we’re looking for someone friendly and easygoing who would be open to having a roommate and hopefully making a great new friend. The rent is $800/month and includes all utilities. She’s a proud cat mom to a sweet, friendly Scottish fold cat, and furry friends are welcome too, as long as they get along well.
She’s super laid-back and enjoys gardening, taking culinary classes, and ballet. She’s happy to hang out and explore together, but she also completely respects personal space and privacy.
