Hi everyone! I’m looking for an off-campus room or sublet for Aryan A starting ASAP before August 17th.
About Aryan:
Status: 18-year-old incoming Freshman studying Electrical Engineering at SJSU.
Habits: Very clean, neat, quiet, responsible, and non-smoker. Focused on studies.
Transportation: No car (needs to be within walking/biking distance or near direct VTA transit to campus).
Lease & Room Preferences:
Room Preference: Prefers a private room, but open/willing to share a room for the right setup.
Lease Type: Month-to-month (or flexible short-term lease).
Target Move-in: Immediate (before Aug 17).
Location: Downtown San Jose / within walking distance or a short bus ride to SJSU campus.
