Hello SJSU 👋 Looking for a quiet housing/roommate for a single, tidy, clean, occupant, professional male.

📍 What I’m Looking For: • Type: Studio or 2B2B (open to joining as a roommate or taking over a lease). • Location: Walking distance to SJSU campus (even a couple of blocks away is great!) or very close to a VTA Light Rail station. • Budget: Around $1,800/month. • Lease: Open to a standard 12-month lease (but flexible to month-to-month or sublease if that’s what’s available).

👤 About Me: • 🧹 Clean, organized, tidy, and highly respectful of shared spaces. • 😌 Easygoing and drama-free; I value a peaceful home and open communication. • 🚭 Non-smoker and no pets (though I completely don't mind if you have them!).
