[HOUSING WANTED] 1B1B/STUDIO END-AUGUST

Hi everyone! I’m a postdoctoral fellow who will soon be joining Stanford, and I’m looking for a long-term rental.

I’m seeking a studio or one-bedroom apartment with a monthly budget of $2,500–$2,800. My preferred move-in date is late August.

Ideally, the unit would include parking and convenient access to laundry, either in the apartment or within the building. I would also be happy to take over an existing lease from someone who is moving out.
