housing wanted for a female researcher

Hi, my name is Sloan (they/them). I am looking for housing near Stanford, preferably within biking distance. I am 23 and about to start a job at Stanford in clinical research. I am excited to live with friendly people and contribute to the home. I like a clean house and enjoy cooking. I’m pretty easygoing and chill, and love to be outside in any form. Some hobbies include running, biking, backpacking, and baking! I also love to sew and am happy to help with any projects around the house or fix/alter clothes. I’m currently hoping that I could move in around November 1st but am willing to discuss what is best for you all as well. Hi, I'm looking for a place to sublet from October to January, with flexible dates. I'm a Stanford Medicine researcher and clinician. If you have a room on campus, such as Munger or a similar area, please let me know!

Hi everyone! I'm a male Visiting Student Researcher in the Computer Science Department at Stanford University, originally from South Korea. I'll be staying at Stanford through the end of December 2026. I'm looking for a furnished private room on or near campus, ideally from October 13 to December 31, 2026. I'm flexible with the move-in date if needed. I'm completely fine with sharing a bathroom, kitchen, and other common areas. Ideally, the place would be within biking distance of Stanford, and my budget is up to $1,800 per month, including utilities. I'm clean, quiet, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces. I spend most weekdays working on campus. If you have a room available or know of any suitable options, please feel free to message me! Thank you!

Looking for a 2 bedroom family apartment, preferably in Menlo Park. We would be happy to hear from you if you know of an apartment that will become available in the next few months (move in date flexible) Thanks, Tamar

Hi, all, I'm a postdoc this academic year and looking for a room to rent 2-3 nights a week for winter (and potentially spring) quarter to help with my longer commute back to Oakland, where I live and spend weekends, etc. Ideally within biking distance from campus. I'm very neat and quiet, and happy to provide any additional information. Thanks for considering! Emily

Hey! I will be visiting New York for about a week at the start of November (approx Nov 3rd), and I'm looking for a place to stay. I'm a 25-year-old guy from Europe, and it'll be my first time in NY, I will be exploring the city. I've heard Brooklyn is a good place to stay on a budget, but I'm open to other relatively central neighbourhoods. I'm open to subleasing someone's room for a few days and living with housemates! Budget: <100/night (some flexibility depending on the place)

I recently graduated from Stanford with my Ph.D. and am staying on campus for a short-term postdoc through the end of December. I’m looking for housing on or near campus, ideally a studio or 1 bed/1 bath, though I’d also be open to a room in a 2-bedroom apartment. I’m female, clean, organized, quiet, and very respectful of shared spaces. I have a strong rental history through Stanford housing and am happy to provide references if helpful. Please message me if you know of anything available during these dates. Thank you!

I am currently assigned to a spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Rains Houses and am looking to swap into an Escondido Village (EV) Studio. The Rains apartment is great, offering a distinct separate living room and bedroom setup. However, I am looking to transition into a studio . If you are currently assigned to an EV Studio and would prefer more space or a separate bedroom area, please reach out so we can coordinate an official housing swap.
