Housing Wanted: Furnished Room/Studio w/ Private Bath, near Stanford, starting Aug

Hi all,

I'm an incoming research fellow joining Stanford on August 1st. Looking for a furnished studio or room with a private bathroom, ideally close to campus (bikeable distance).

My wife (international relations background) will join me in early September.

We're looking for at least 6 months, possibly extending month-to-month. We're clean, quiet, and responsible tenants — happy to provide references or more info.

Budget: $1,500/month up to $2,600/month for a furnished studio
Move-in: August 1st (or earlier if available)
