[Housing Wanted] Incoming Stanford Postdoc Looking for Private Studio/1BR | Move-in September 2026 | Budget $2,800

Hi everyone!

I am an incoming postdoctoral scholar at Stanford University, and I will be moving from Spain to the Bay Area in September 2026.

I am looking for a fully private studio apartment for a long-term stay. I would be living alone, so I am not looking for shared housing or shared facilities.

A little about me:

I am quiet, clean, responsible, and respectful. I have a stable income through Stanford University, I do not smoke, and I do not have pets.

I previously lived in Palo Alto from September 2024 to June 2025. I can provide my Stanford appointment letter, previous payment records, and a reference from my former landlords if needed.

I am looking for a studio with a move-in date around September 1, preferably with a 12-month lease. My budget is up to $2,800 per month. I would prefer somewhere near Stanford or with an easy commute to campus. Unfurnished is completely fine.
