We are looking for a place in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, or nearby starting Sept 5 for a 6–12 month lease around $1,500/month.
I am finishing up a summer program at Stanford and working in software engineering, and my roommate is doing research in CS. We are both busy with our work, and our working hours often extend into late nights. We usually keep things quiet and treat home as a workspace that is clean, chill, and respectful.
Outside of work, we spend our spare time cycling, doing yoga, playing tennis, and training martial arts.
We are open to a sublease, taking over an existing lease, or teaming up to find a new spot together.
