I am a pediatric psychologist and my husband is a software engineer. We'd like to rent this unit to working professionals, minimum of 3 months lease. Long term tenants preferred. SINGLE OCCUPANT only.
No pets, no smoking, please. To move in, first-month rent, last month rent and one-month security deposit is required ($950*3)
