In staying together

Hello, and thank you for being here with me,
Thank you for staying close for all to see,

In between desks and a course reader,
Sharing a room to spreading out wider,

Hand in hand, through the rings of Ikean hell,
Getting used to waking up and that typical food smell,

Decor and comfort - starting to appreciate it all,
Through drives and that never ending work call,

Cheap ass places to gym and drive through,
Here's to dilly-ing - from old times and ushering in the new.
