Currently an NYU student from queens but first time looking for an apartment after getting sick of commuting. Have two potential roommates with a budget around 6100, is it crunch time to find something for late August early September? I have an aunt who’s a realtor but she said not to worry too much since listings will keep popping up. Let me know!
