There is a smart lock on the front door which the guest will use to enter the house. There is also a digital lock on your room.

The whole check-in process is self-severed. Please read my messages and check-in guide carefully before your arrival and ask questions if anything not clear, especially if you plan to check in after hours.

There are three parking spots in the driveway for this five-bedroom house, available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the driveway is full, street parking is available.

Other things to note
🚫 EV Charging Prohibited
Our property is not equipped for EV charging, and charging electric vehicles on-site is strictly prohibited. Please do not plug in electric vehicles, as it may cause electrical issues. Violations will result in a $500 penalty, plus a $50 charge per day for each day the vehicle was or is charged. Please use nearby public charging stations instead.

As a friendly reminder, if you have any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix them for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Very occasionally, our maintenance team may need to access the your place during your stay. We aim to provide at least 72 hours' notice in advance. In case of emergencies, shorter notice (24 hours or less) may be necessary. Guests may choose to be present or absent during these maintenance visits according to their preference. Our goal is to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests.

No pet is allowed in this property. If any animal trace is found after the stay, there will be an additional charge of $10 per day, per pet, plus $200 extra cleaning fee and $1000 penalty for house rule violation.

While the home is professionally cleaned between stays, floors may not be spotless at all times. We recommend bringing and wearing indoor slippers for your comfort.
