Within walking distance of both Harvard & MIT campuses, as well as numerous bars, restaurants & groceries. Ideal for those on the go who desire a prime location, a quality, safe & quiet place to rest at night!

The space
The room comes with a queen-size bed (a brand-new FIRM mattress), a large desk, drawers, a closet, and, of course, high-speed Internet. It’s perfect for a graduate student, visiting scholar, or fellow.

ONE PERSON only, a CLEAN & RESPONSIBLE adult (18+), a non-smoker, with minimal belongings (max 3 suitcases), given the space is fully furnished and there is NO storage space onsite.
Guest access
The outdoor patio, kitchen and dining table (not living room) are shared with the host
** Kitchenette: You have access to a microwave, freezer, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, and dishwasher to prepare quick meals, warm up frozen food, or make your salad, sandwich, oatmeal, coffee/tea. but NO access to the oven/stove/pots. Please plan accordingly!
** NO access to laundry onsite.
** Living room/couch is my dog's space:)
During your stay
My dog is curious but not the cuddly type. She may sniff you at first but never jumps on you. She sleeps inside her crate. She barks when someone enters the house but stops as soon as she recognizes it’s you, ensuring our home is the safest in Cambridge. 😊 She gets plenty of exercise outside every day. The living room/couch is basically her space. She does not come to your floor.
Other things to note
** It is not possible to have visitors or pets.
** You are expected to clean your room& bathroom weekly. no exception! If you value cleanliness, you’ll love my home. Otherwise, it is not a good fit. Please consider this carefully before making your reservation, as I expect you to maintain the space in the same cleaning condition by cleaning your room and your bathroom every week no matter how busy you will be.
** No shoes inside.
** Kitchenette-type access. Hence, NO access to the oven/stove/pots.
** No access to on-site laundry. There are several laundromats ~4 minutes away on foot. Full-service door-to-door laundry service is very popular in Cambridge. Check out 'rinse'
** My dog is a full time residence here. Please don't be affraid of dogs.
** No 'anti-vax' please.
** City of Cambridge doesn't allow reservation shorter than 30 days. (min 30 days is required by the city). Also, you pay less in Occupancy Taxes in MA if you reserve for minimum 32 nights.
