Four-Bedroom/ Three-Bathroom Home:
Spacious living room, fully stocked kitchen, cozy dining area, laundry room with in-house, washer and dryer, and a guest bathroom all downstairs.
Outdoor Living: Relax on the front porch lined with blooming Jacaranda trees, or enjoy the grassy yard with bustling apple tree + avocado tree which is about to go off!. There is a fire pit, lounging area, and hammock in front yard. The backyard features a teak dining table for six, a Gas BBQ, and a gazebo-covered lounge area with a chiminea. I also have my TeePee/ Yurt set up as I have seasonal gatherings here.
Parking: Parking on the street is very easy to find here.
The Room:

This is the largest room in the house, recently updated with modern chic boho vibes. Filled with afternoon light It features a large walk-in closet, portable air conditioning unit, portable heater, ceiling fan, plush newish orthopedic bed w/ wooden spindle frame, decent sized dresser, desk, full-length mirror. Large Flat screen TV
ROOM 2 rented by a 35 year old male chemistry professor@ Oxy Uni who is gone most of the time, and spends his free time hiking and exploring the outdoors.
Room 3: Occupied by a 21 male barista who uses the downstairs bathroom for his needs, and loves to cook and make music.
Shared Bathroom:
The bathroom will be shared with 1 other roommate and includes a full bath/shower.
Cleaning is upstairs roommates shared responsibility.
Each person must be committed to cleaning the common area ( bathroom, staircase, hallway)
Housekeeping service available with additional cost. We all pitch in for household goods like dish soap, cleaning supplies and paper goods.
Towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets are available for your use.
About Me:
I’m a creative professional working as a postpartum doula, officiant, and energy worker. You could say I am like a den mother… lol ( NOT REALLY) but I am a safe space, known by many as Earthy Virgo ♍️, inclusive and welcoming, but also love my space!!
My small, mellow dogs ( 10 and 11 years old) live here full-time. Both are potty-trained, low to no shedding, and pretty chill. I have agate at the staircase so they stay downstairs.
We’re a mix of Bohemian, laid-back, spirits, who love the comfort and warmth of this home, and happy to share it with you.
This is 420-friendly household, with 2 outdoor spots designated for smoking only.
What We Are Seeking:
We’re looking for someone who’s easy going, mindful, cleans up after themselves, pays rent on time, and is drama-free, does not bring the party home, but fine with occasional dinner party, bbq and hang outs.
Sure you could have a guest stay over just not all the time.
This space is open for professionals, students, artists, or anyone passing through town or in transition. We understand this very well!
Hoping to find a conscious, communal person who works or goes to school out of the home,

3 month lease, possibly longer.. lets see how we gel.
Move in is 1st months rent + 600 security, returned upon departure.
Additional Utilities around $175- $200 ( incl. Gas, DWP, Internet, gardener)
THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE AC use, this would be in addition and is connected to a smart meter for you to keep track of your spending. It will cool down soon and wont be much, but summer months can add an additional 145 a month if used everyday all day.

The people in the home were great. The owner is easy to get along with, has a big heart, and is always pleasant to talk to. She’s also a strong decorator—the selection of indigenous and spiritual artwork creates a calm, welcoming feel. Beyond the people, the house itself worked well.
The kitchen is a great size and well-equipped, and chefs will appreciate the mix of spices from around the world. I also liked the main shared space where my roommates and I would often chat or say a quick hello in passing. The front patio and backyard are comfortable places to spend time and are nicely put together. There is regular movement in and out of the house by roommates, which creates a faster pace during the day. But often by night, folks are hanging around, chatting, and enjoying the space. Overall, this house was a great fit for me. The balance of people and space made the stay work well. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable sanctuary." Justin
