• Available October 10, 2026. 12 month lease preferred. Leases of 6 to 12 months are available for an additional $250 per month. Not available for stays under 6 months
• Double occupancy available for an additional $150 per month
• Small pets considered for an additional $100 per month and a $500 additional deposit

The home is centrally located in East Palo Alto, within biking distance of Stanford and a short drive to Meta, with Tesla, Google, Palo Alto, and other major Peninsula employers within about 30 minutes. Highway 101 and University Avenue are close by for commuting.

Please note that construction is underway on the property next door. It is expected to be complete within the next few months, and once it is finished a garden will be built that both homes will share.
