I'm looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP. You'd have your own private bedroom in a 2 bed, 1.5 bath unit shared with one roommate.

Location: Malden/Medford area, roughly a 15-minute walk to Wellington Station (Orange Line) and about 8 minutes to the nearest shopping center.

The details:

• Rent: $1,500/month (utilities not included)

• Lease term: Takeover begins ASAP, renews April 30, 2027

• Due at signing: $4,500 (first month, last month, and a $1,500 security deposit)

• Your bedroom is unfurnished; the common living area is already furnished (if necessary, I'm willing to leave behind a few items for you!)

• In-unit washer and dryer

• Shared backyard

• Street parking

Roomate is in late his late 20's, WFH once a week, and has a cat.
