Looking for a 1 bedroom

Hello Austinites,

Looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in the following locations:
Hyde Park
North Loop
Govalle/East Austin
Bouldin Creek
Possibly Riverside.

Budget is max 1400 a month. Ideally would like to find an in-laws suite behind a house or something like that, but am open to any other possibilities.

Can they just make regular apartments again instead of these luxury monstrosities that us common folk don't need?
