I am looking for a female flatmate to take up my month-to-month lease starting from 1st Dec 2026 in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment in a gated-community located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Palo Alto. You will be sharing with a respectful and clean female 2-year postdoc at stanford medicine. The rent is 1640$ + utilities. The available room is spacious, gets generous sunlight and has ample storage space.

This community is mere 5-minute walk from the VTA bus stop, Starbucks and restaurants; 10-min walk to grocery outlet and 5-min bike to caltrain and 15-min bike to Stanford campus.
