The Space:
One large, unfurnished bedroom (11’11” × 13’1”) in a roomy 1,010 sq. ft. 2-bedroom apartment. Shared bathroom.
Location:
Approximately a 15-minute walk to Belmont Caltrain station.
Rent:
$1,637/month, excluding internet and utilities, which are split separately.
Furnishing:
The current housemate will likely take most of the living-room furniture. The shared space can be furnished collaboratively based on both housemates’ preferences.
Move-In:
Ideally between late September and mid-November 2026. Longer-term commitments preferred, ideally one year or more.
The current resident is a Cambridge alum with a previous academic background at Stanford.
