Looking for a Place in the Bay Area

I am looking for something with a max rent of $2.5k/month. A monthly lease or 6 month lease would be preferred. A kitchen, air conditioning, and parking are crucial. A place in Palo Alto, Fremont, Union City, Hayward, and Oakland works for me.
